1. Who we are

MyDesk ("we") operates the mydesk.kz service. Contact: support@mydesk.kz, Abylai Khan Ave 53, Almaty, Kazakhstan.

2. What data we collect

Account data: name, work email, phone, company, role.
Documents and requests you create or sign in the service, including approval history and e-signature metadata.
Technical data: IP address, browser, device, log records needed to run and secure the service.
Requests you send through forms on this website (demo, sales, support).

3. Why we process it

To provide the service you or your employer signed up for, including routing, notifications and signatures.
To keep the service secure, prevent abuse and comply with legal obligations.
To answer your requests and, with your consent, send product updates.

4. Where data is stored

Customer data is stored in data centres located in the Republic of Kazakhstan. We do not sell personal data. Sub-processors (hosting, email delivery) act under contract and only on our instructions.

5. How long we keep it

Account data — for the life of the account and up to 3 years after closure where required by law. Documents — according to your company's retention settings and statutory document-retention periods.

6. Your rights

You may request access, correction, deletion or restriction of your personal data, and withdraw consent, by writing to support@mydesk.kz. Where MyDesk processes data on behalf of your employer, we will forward the request to them.

7. Security

Data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest, access is role-based with audit logging, and e-signatures use qualified certificates issued by the National Certification Authority of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

8. Cookies

This website uses only strictly necessary cookies and a language preference. The application uses session cookies for authentication.

9. Changes

We will publish updates to this policy on this page and change the date above.
